A Real Life Story

I am honored to share my experience with the Canadian Mindfulness Research Center. Sanjeev Kumar’s teachings, founder and leader of the Canadian Mindfulness Research Center, has become a part of my life.
When I came to Sanjeev, I was in much emotional pain and suffering from many losses. Through Sanjeev’s process he has taught me to let go and accept the fact that we can’t change the past, and as I tried so hard, I was not able to predict the future.
With teachings of both the spiritual and the scientific laws of the universe. The incredible power that both have is nothing short of absolutely amazing. These teachings have saved my life and made me realize there is a much higher power than I ever could have imagined. Through his teachings I have learned that mindful awareness is our natural state of being, after all, this is how we came into this life when we were born. It is a true shame that we allow our mind to take over and send us on a journey of useless thoughts that cause so much unnecessary suffering.
I look very much forward to my future teachings from Sanjeev to work towards a life of happiness and peace.
Like the great Buddha said, “There is no way to happiness and peace. Happiness and peace is the way.”
